Esta experiencia pedagógica, en la que participaron
estudiantes de arquitectura y profesores de la Escuela de Arquitectura La Salle
junto con miembros de la Asociación de Vivienda SostreCívic, tuvo lugar durante
el seminario "Civic Housing" de octubre de 2013 a enero de 2014. Un
proyecto de renovación de un bloque de viviendas en el barrio de El Born en
Barcelona, promovido por SostreCívic, brindó la oportunidad para reunir a los
habitantes y arquitectos en un proceso participativo dirigido a definir las principales
características de las futuras viviendas.

INTRODUCTION / INTRODUCCIÓN
This
pedagogic experience involving architecture students and teachers from the
School of Architecture La Salle, and members of the co-housing association
SostreCívic, took place during the seminar “Civic Housing” carried out from October
2013 to January 2014. An on-going project promoted by SostreCívic to refurbish
an existing building block in El Born neighborhood in Barcelona provided an
opportunity to bring together dwellers and architects in a participatory
process aimed at defining the characteristics of the future dwellings.
